My weekend pretty much sucked. So, after doing the whole interviews and such the next day, I came down with a cold. Now, I'm stupidly easy at getting very sick. I think I have a weak immune system or something because damn. My first interaction with total strangers, and I catch something.

Anywho, I was pretty much asleep and sore and couldn't breathe all damn weekend. In the few hours I did manage to stay up, I chatted with Stuffed-Fox and Christine. I've been playing 358/2 Days on the emulator and it's so much fun. And Neverland being a playable stage? OMG SO MUCH FUN. SADLY THOUGH, I forgot to save last night and this morning I woke up to a dark laptop and the game frozen >< SO now, I'm BACK on day 172, which means I gotta beat that stupid machine at Beasts Castle and then go back to Neverland once again. BOOO.

Well, gotta cut this entry short because I need to pick up my sister and then drive out to Weslaco to pay my car, and then, go to the band hall to drop off adam for practice. UGH. I hope I have enough gas ):

EDIT: Yea, I didn't have enough gas. I just -barely- made it back home ): I can't wait to finish paying off this car (which now has a balance of less than 1000~ ♥ I'm so happy! Because, once I pay off the car, then I'll have money to actually save to visit friends! :) So now, I'm off again to meet my mom at Stripes to gas up while she takes my brother to band practice. xD )

 A quick post, because i think we're going to be leaving soon.  My weekend so far.

*Saturday-
Left Mercedes around 7/8, and arrive in San Antonio around Noon. Visited with Dillon then checked into the hotel then ate at Carl's Jr where I left a doodle on the back of the comment card and got some giggles from the employees. 

*Sunday-
Visited the Natural Bridge Caverns. Was without signal for like, 3 hours. Hiked the equivilant of an 18 story building. Took many pictures, had a blaaast! Zip-lined down from 40 feet, it was awesome, and they forgot to charge my sister and me for the ride :D. then, we ate at panda express and left to see the McNay museum which was so pretty and amazing, and to see real life Monet s and Picasso s was..simply amazing. The museum was beautiful too. visited Dillon for a few hours then went to the hotel and ate pizza, then fell asleep. 

*Monday-
SORE. OMG. SOOORE. i think we're going out for lunch with Dillon and Mari, then, heading home to my babies who i miss so much >< 

i'll make a proper post with pictures and video of the zip line later :D

 Okay! So yesterday and tonight, I stayed up to watch the meteor shower. Apparently, I've been watching for the past 3 years XD 

anyway, this year i was super excited to see the shower because we moved outside of the city limits, and now, have alllll of this open land and sky *_____* 

no trees to block anything.
no street lights (well there ONE, but it doesnt reach our house) 
and it was a CLEAR night tonight ;A; 


last night, i watched from midnight, to 2:30am and saw about 20
tonight, i started at 12:30am to about 1:30/2:00am and saw about 20 something! *_____* the first one of the night i saw, was SOOOO BIG. they were amazing this year ♥  anyway, i was not disappointed this year in the show. I will watch again tomorrow night to see how many I'll see. 

Just for those wondering, this is the view I pretty much have every night when its not cloudy its not the same meteor shower, or whatever, but it is the same amount of starts i see on a nightly basis. 

 Yea, since i dont have a computer anymore, i find that im spending more time playing video games. :|  oops. I have Realmscon in October (need to check the dates... October 1-3 ) anyway, i really plan to attend this year, because heaven knows im not waiting around for Shimakon to pull their shit together, and Banzi!con is already off on the wrong foot. Once again, i say this. I, in no way, no what goes on behind running or building up a convention, BUT, is it really realistic to announce one and have a 3-day convention, in under 6 months? I dont know and i dont think so. Anyway, its being held Thanksgiving weekend, and, there is no website or anything. Only a facebook/myspace/twitter account. and most of those are silly updates anyway. :| 

i hate living here for conventions. REALLY. ugh. ANYWHO. cosplay PLANS.

PLANS FOR JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER. (really. FUCK. is it only 2 months away!?? *PANICS*) 

-GET MONEY. (this is a MUST)

Matt Cosplay:
-b/w striped shirt  (Wufei has this) -modify boots for
-modify other pants (because i gained weight =__= )
-cigarettes 
-gloves
-vest  (fuck, its the whole cosplay. isnt it. =A= )

Neo Cosplay:
-white wig (still gotta ask Laura where she got her Near wig.) 
-boots
-red leather/faux leather. whatever would work
-make weapon
-figure out the Devil Arm
-FINISH the trench coat
-i may have to find a leather to make a vest out of, but, i'll be using the hoodie i already have, and sew that onto the vest. =___= so much to do, so little time. 
(i have red material to make the vest actually, but, i think i really like the leather look instead..and staring at the screencap, it does look like material.. but i reeeallly like the leather. LOL |D )
HELL the only think i DO have for this cosplay, is the black under armor shirt that Nero wears. 

Anyway, since im not online anymore (or glued to it like i used to be) I think i'll get my ass into gear, and start on SOMETHING tomorrow.  and being more active. thats certain.

yea, my powercable went out. AGAIN. i told my dad about it this morning, and he said he was going to think about it. (think about WHAT. i dont know ): i dont have enough money for a new computer, nor do i think he's going to be spending money on yet another cord. *sighs* 

so, that means i'll probably miss out on the movie watching of Search for Spock at jim_and_bones  MAJOR SADFACE. i watched DOOM and The Wrath of Khan with them, and it was so much fun, i am sad that i wont be there tomorrow night to see it.

unless i download the movie onto my sisters computer, and watch it then with the comm. oh well ): i'll have to see what happens. but, im sorry fellow members, as of now, i wont be showing up for the chat ): 



um. the Rio Grande River is rising, and we still have rains forcasted rains. they're going to be using the floodway to help relieve stress and such from the river. UUUMMM other news, other news.  im working on my Hyrulian shield :D
