also, i learned that looking at how fingers move and work with ASL (american sign language) its a pretty damn good exercise for those that dont like drawing hands.
this is a WIP, so its still rough and needs work.

but, its in a good way actually. in a way, im stressed up to my eyeballs. but, i havent been creatively challenged like this in a long time. what am i babbling about?

I made these in less than ONE DAY and i'm dying. there are 8 serving trays. each with a different design of poker chips and playing cards. each one has a random amount of poker chips /inside/ of the tray. each one was spray painted by me. no help. at all.
my feet are killing me, but im proud at how they came out.
now. to finish the last of those fucking hats. >:|||

I think its about time I post something happy, right? Anyway, if there's one thing I love doing, its making things. I love to paint, yes, but MAKING things is what I really really like doing.

I've been working on this whenever I get a chance, and have been photographing the progress. I want to make a tutorial for making a simple Keyblade because when I posted my Pumpkin Head Keyblade on deviantART a few years ago, a common question was how I made it. There are many keyblades out there that are custom made from metal and wood, and while those are pretty awesome, not everyone can make one of those, or commission one. My keyblades are made from sturdy cardboard, been re-enforced and hand painted. So they're light (and will probably pass most weapons policies that conventions have)

Peanut Update
Oct. 21st, 2010 07:58 pmSo far, Peanut's looking stronger, and her eye is looking much, much better. I still worry because she hasn't pooped yet, and, i dont know if thats because she hasnt really eaten anything (she drinks lots of water though) and today, we gave her half a can of wet dog food. she gobbled that up. So i'm hoping that with food in her tum, and the medicines working, she'll be okay. she's still young, not even a year old, so, im hoping that'll be good in her healing process.
im also making mini loli hats for work on the 27th, so tomorrow after work, i'll be buying the materials i need from the collections gathered at the branch and then, i'm making it~ :) those that do lolita, can you point me in the right direction as to what a good mini-lolita style top hat would look like?
