Aw, this is lovely! He looks so sweet, and with the flag over his shoulder and his cute rounded wings, there's a Littlest Hobo vibe to him <3. He looks like he could be napping, even, curled up on his side with the flag. Maybe he's all tuckered out after an angelic game of capture the flag?

Am now amused trying to figure out how that would work with white flags:
